HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYST
(RECRUITMENT & ASSESSMENT)
- Male / Female with maximum age 30 years old
- Holds min. Master's Degree (S2) in Psychology from reputable state or overseas university
- Min. GPA 3.00 (4.00 scale)
- Good understanding of Recruitment & Selection, Assessment Center, and Competency-Based Interview
- Preferably certified in Targeted Selection Interview (TSI) or Behavioral Event Interview (BEI)
- Freshgraduates are welcome to apply, having 1-2 years experience is an added advantage
- Good command in English, both oral and written
- Able to work individually and in a team and able to work underpressure
- Willing to be placed in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport’s Office Area
